I have gambled on millions of hands of twenty-one. I started sneaking into the casinos when I was sixteen. I have enjoyed online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. With all that said I have still spent an abundance of bankroll at chemin de fer. The gambling halls have made it almost impossible to defeat the house.

I still like the game and gamble on a regular basis. Over this time period I have enjoyed a type of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get flush with this method or defeat the house, however you will have a lot of fun. This method is based on the fact that vingt-et-un seems to be a match of streaks. When you are hot your on fire, and when you are not you are NOT!

I play basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I lose I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I lose again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. Once I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the bet back down to the original value.

I am very strict and do not back out. It gets very exciting sometimes. If you win a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very quick. Before you know it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had great runs a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Palms a number of years ago with $750 after 35 minutes using this method! And a few days ago in Macau I left a table with $1200!

You must comprehend that you can relinquish much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be astonished at the runs you notice gamble this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a $5 table.

Bet 5 dollar
Take $5 paid to you, leave the first $5 bet

Wager five dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 10 dollar

Bet ten dollar
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 10 dollar bet

Bet ten dollar
Leave $10 paid to you for a total bet of twenty dollar

Bet twenty dollar
Take $20 paid to you, leave the original 20 dollar bet

Bet twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $40

Bet $40
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the original forty dollar bet

Wager $40
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 80 dollar

Bet 80 dollar
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the initial $80 bet

Bet 80 dollar
Leave $80 paid-out to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar

Wager $160
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the initial 1 hundred and 60 dollar wager

If you departed at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!

It is iffy to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can NOT deviate and lower your wager or the final result won’t be the same.
