I have played countless of rounds of blackjack. I started working my way into the casinos when I was still underage. I have played online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. With all that said I have still lost a lot of funds at blackjack. The gambling dens have made it nearly impossible to defeat the casino.
I still like the game and play on a regular basis. Over the years I have enjoyed a type of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get loaded with this method or beat the house, nonetheless you will experience a lot of fun. This method is based on the idea that blackjack appears to be a game of streaks. When you are on fire your hot, and when you’re not you are NOT!
I play basic strategy chemin de fer. When I lose I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand. If I do not win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the wager back down to the original value.
I am very disciplined and do not back out. It gets very thrilling on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in series your bets go up very quickly. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had awesome streaks a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Venetian a number of years back with $750 after 20 mins using this technique! And a couple of months ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You have to comprehend that you can give up a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be aghast at the streaks you notice playing this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a $5 table.
Bet 5 dollar
Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the first 5 dollar bet
Wager $5
Leave $5 paid to you for a total wager of ten dollar
Wager 10 dollar
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the initial 10 dollar wager
Wager ten dollar
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 20 dollar
Bet 20 dollar
Take twenty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $20 bet
Wager $20
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total bet of forty dollar
Bet forty dollar
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 40 dollar wager
Wager 40 dollar
Leave $40 paid to you for a total bet of eighty dollar
Wager $80
Take $80 paid to you, leave the initial $80 wager
Wager eighty dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total bet of $160
Bet $160
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $160 bet
If you departed at this instance you would be up $315 !!
It is difficult to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can’t alter and lower your wager or the final result won’t be the same.
